The Hach AS950 Portable Sampler is a field portable sampler ideal for environmental, stormwater and/or industrial sampling.
Complete with a large, full-colour display, the Hach AS950 Portable Sampler can be programmed without the need for a field laptop. It offers USB upload & download capabilities, and the ability to copy programs between samplers.
The Hach AS950 portable sampler is available in three base sizes:
1. Compact for smaller manhole applications;
2. Standard for a majority of applications;
3. Large to allow for large bottle composite sampling.
For stormwater sampling, the Hach AS950 portable sampler provides the ability to initiate up to two different programs based on user-defined conditions, such as rainfall or pH thresholds.
For industrial sampling, the Hach AS950 portable sampler is available with a non-contact liquid detect to prevent cross contamination of samples.
The Hach AS950 can be further programmed to collect varying sample sizes, collect samples at user-specified time intervals (i.e., time-weighted) or flow volume increments (i.e., flow-weighted), or collect samples over an entire run-off event as determined by a rain or flow sensor. Sample tubing can be replaced quickly without tools.

Field convertible for compact or discrete sampling
Weighing only 12.7 kg, the AS950 portable sampler is designed for accuracy and convenience. Quickly switch between composite and discrete sampling in the field. Configurable for single or multiple bottle applications, it is specifically designed for use in 18-inch manholes.
Easy maintenance at low cost
Spring-mounted rollers provide long tubing life keeping maintenance costs low. The desiccant and pump tubing can easily be accessed; the replacement is possible without any tools. The rugged see-through pump cover is made for a quick visual inspection.
Alarm Configurable alarms that show on status screen and are recorded in diagnostics alarm logs. Alarms can be set for system diagnostics and logging such as program end, sample complete, missed samples and full bottle. Channel alarms are setpoint alarms for the recorded measurements (channels), such as pH, level and power supply voltage. Automatic Shutdown Multiple Bottle Mode: After complete revolution of distributor arm (unless Continuous Mode is selected)
Composite Mode: After preset number of samples have been delivered to composite container, from 1 to 999 samples, or upon full container.
