The Hydrolab Temperature (Temp) Sensor is a high accuracy, factory integrated sensor designed to deliver reliable temperature measurements across a wide range of water quality monitoring applications. As a core component of the Hydrolab multiparameter platform, the temperature sensor plays a critical role in ensuring accurate compensation and performance of other water quality parameters measured in the field.

Factory installed into the HL4 and HL7 water quality meters, the Hydrolab Temperature Sensor provides stable, fast-response temperature data in rivers, lakes, groundwater, estuaries, and industrial water monitoring environments. Its robust design and proven accuracy make it suitable for long-term deployments as well as short-term field surveys where dependable results are essential.

WHY TEMPERATURE MATTERS

Accurate temperature measurement is fundamental to high quality water data.  Many key water quality parameters,, such as including conductivity, dissolved oxygen, and pH, are temperature dependent.  The Hydrolab Temperature Sensor ensures these parameters are automatically compensated in real time, reducing measurement uncertainty and improving data confidence in both field and long-term monitoring applications.
