The Hach DR1900 is both a portable & desktop spectrophotometer, packaged into a single compact, field rugged, instrument.
Field testing often takes operators into dusty & wet conditions where delicate scientific instruments can struggle. Built specifically with field use in mind, the rugged Hach DR1900 has a large, clear screen and a simple user interface making field analysis easy – even in the most demanding conditions. Easy to hold, and operate, the compact Hach DR1900 is a truly valuable tool for field technicians.
Underneath the rugged exterior, the Hach DR1900 has the largest number (over 220!) of the most commonly tested preprogrammed methods built into its memory. Tests are performed with a wavelength range of 340 to 800 nm making this a field instrument capable of providing results typically only seen in laboratory instruments.
